Anjanette carries a CHHC designation (Certified Holistic Health Coach) through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is trained in the Gerson Therapy (a nutritional therapy for those with cancer). Her work as a nutrition coach led to launching a green smoothie business. In 2011 & 2012, Anjanette & Carter sold green smoothies at several Farmer's Markets on the Peninsula. Selling out each week helped validate the local demand for great-tasting, healthy, organic smoothies.
Combining the farmer's market business with their passion for yoga, led to the opening of MYNULIFSTUDIO, a yoga and fitness studio, in March 2014. Green smoothies and yoga were an instant hit in the community. A 3-day detox program has since been added to the studio menu. The resounding success and benefits of that program have inspired an expansion of our Detox cleanses to the Detox Kitchen & Juice Bar.
