Red Bay Coffee is a quality-focused purveyor of fine coffee, based in the Fruitvale district of Oakland, California. We are currently micro-roasting in our garden coffee roasting lab, affectionately known as the "Coffee Dojo". Everyday we strive to develop beautiful coffees, fair relations and delicious approaches to enjoying life.
It was on a trip to Senegal that Keba Konte first witnessed coffee being roasted over an open flame. Several years later, after founding two cafes, this was inspiration to start roasting high quality coffee in his East Oakland garden roast lab. Coffee is a means to support farmers abroad and support jobs and sustainability locally.
