WestSide Tilth is an urban farm in Buffalo, NY. We grow the finest local produce, mushrooms, microgreens, and serve artisan pizza, right here on the farm.
To make certain we have the highest quality vegetables in town, we do not grow in the city soil. All of our produce is grow in raised beds which are filled with over 600 yards of imported safe, clean soil.
Our artisan pizzas are like none other. Our crust is fermented for 4 days, making our pizzas light, fluffy, and easily digestible. Many of our toppings are grown right here at the farm or sourced from other local farmers. Made to order at our farm stand, you'll come back week after week for these one of a kind pies!
By purchasing your vegetables in advance, you help us to get our season started! We use these funds to buy seeds, soil & amendments, and anything else well need to get growing.
